asked the Minister for Agriculture when a person (details supplied) in County Galway will be paid a cattle headage grant.

The necessary information about this herdowner's off-farm income was not furnished by him until 9 April. The grant has now been paid.

133.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that a person (details supplied) in County Galway has not been paid a headage grant; and when he can expect to be paid.

The application in this case was made under a herd number registered in the name of a deceased herdowner and the grant will be paid to the legal successor when proof of title has been forwarded to the Department.
