In November 1980 my Department approved the provision of courses in building construction and technical drawing in Lismore as from the commencement of the 1981/82 school year through co-operation between the County Waterford VEC and the authorities of Lismore CBS.
Arrangements are being made for senior officials of my Department to meet a deputation from County Waterford VEC for further discussion of the proposals from the VEC.
