asked the Minister for Social Welfare when disability benefit payments will be resumed to a person (details supplied) in County Meath.

The person concerned claimed disability benefit from 5 December 1977 and was paid regularly from that date to 25 April 1981 at the maximum appropriate rate. At that stage payment ceased because he failed to submit medical evidence of incapacity after January 1981.

Payment has now been resumed and all benefit due to 23 May 1981 has been issued. He has been reminded to resume the submission of medical certificates of incapacity at monthly intervals as heretofore.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare when pay related benefit will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath.

Arrangements have been made to pay all pay-related benefit due to the person concerned this week.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare when unemployment benefit will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath.

Arrangements have been made to issue an order this week to the person concerned for encashment at his local post office paying all unemployment benefit due to him.
