I have had inquiries made in relation to the sale of the two sites in question and these indicate that there was no irregularity involved in either sale. A mapping error occurred which caused the second site sold to encroach marginally on the first. I understand that discussions are currently taking place between Meath County Council and the purchaser of the second site which, hopefully, will resolve the matter.
