Vol. 330 No. 13

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 10, 11, 12, 13 (resumed), 14, 4 and 5. By agreement it is proposed to discharge the order for No. 10. Private Members' Business from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. will be item No. 23 (resumed).

On the Order of Business, in view of the disruption to the social and commercial life of Cork city due to the problems at the sorting office at Brian Boru Street, I want to know what action the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs is taking on this matter.

This does not arise on the Order of Business. The Deputy will have other opportunities to raise this matter but not on the Order of Business.

I have refrained from raising this matter in the hope that something would be done about it. It has become very serious.

The Deputy is now being disorderly. I cannot allow further discussion on that.

If the Chair were in my position as a representative for Cork city he would be disorderly too.

I sympathise with the Deputy.
