asked the Minister for Agriculture the average butterfat, the average protein content and the average content of added water in the milk supplied to consumers by each of the dairies in the Southern Health Board area for each month from January to June 1981.

The following table sets out such results as are available to my Department in respect of tests for average butterfat, protein and added water content carried out on milk samples from sales by dairies in the Southern Health Board area for each month from January 1981 to June 1981.
