asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to pay a grant under the western drainage scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The grant in this case cannot be paid until the entire drainage work has been completed to specification.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to pay a land grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The local office of the Department has not yet been notified by the applicant that the work has been completed.

When notification is received a final inspection will be carried out and if the work is satisfactorily completed the grant will be paid without delay.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will now arrange to pay a farm grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The grant will be paid shortly.

Permission has been given to interrupt the Order of Business to allow the Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach to make a report to the House on the Committee of Selection.
