When my Department have been notified that the house is completed and occupied by the applicant, an inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of a grant, if in order.

The grant in respect of the provision of sewerage facilities was paid on 11 September 1981. The grant in respect of reconstruction works could not be paid because the relevant works were not satisfactorily completed on or before 30 June 1981.

As the applicant had a means of providing a domestic hot water supply by way of a solid fuel appliance prior to the installation of the back boiler for which a grant was sought, his application had to be refused. He was informed accordingly.
