Vol. 331 No. 3

Written Answers. - Dublin Railway Line Rubbish Removal.

558.

andMr. G. Brady asked the Minister for the Environment if he will request the local authorities concerned to clear the rubbish now accumulated on the track and adjoining banks of the disused railway line between Harcourt St. and Dundrum, County Dublin.

I understand from both Dublin Corporation and Dublin County Council that they have periodically over the past few years cleared rubbish dumped along the track and the adjoining banks of the disused railway line. Both local authorities are aware of the situation and it is not considered therefore that there is any need to bring the matter specially to their attention.
