The following is the position in relation to the four applications under the various headage schemes which have been received from the person named viz.
1. 1981-82 EEC Ewe Premium Scheme—The first instalment of the 1981-82 ewe premium was paid on 30 September 1981 and the remaining instalment, if any, will be paid after next April.
2. 1981-82 EEC Suckler Cow Scheme—It is expected that the suckler cow grant will be paid in February 1982 after the end of the six months retention period specified in the scheme.
3. 1981 Sheep Headage Scheme in Disadvantaged Areas—As regards the sheep headage application under the disadvantaged areas directive, payment will be made this week.
4. 1981 Cattle Headage Scheme in Disadvantaged Areas—Payment of the cattle grant will be made shortly.
