asked the Minister for Education the present position in relation to the proposed extension to the VEC school at Bridgetown, County Wexford.

The present position in relation to the proposed extension to the vocational school at Bridgetown, County Wexford, is that my Department approved the preparation of working drawings and detailed specifications for the project on 30 October 1981. My Department await submission of this documentation by the County Wexford Vocational Education Committee.

asked the Minister for Education when it is intended to commence work on the extension to St. Iberius national school, Wexford, which is overcrowded at present.

The Commissioners of Public Works were authorised by my Department on 26 November 1981 to invite tenders for the proposed extension to St. Ibernational school, Wexford. It is not possible to say when the building work may commence.

asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position in relation to the proposed new national school at Curracloe, County Wexford.

Title documents relating to the site for the proposed new national school at Curracloe, County Wexford, were submitted recently to my Department and have been referred to the Chief State Solicitor. When good title has been established, a grant will be sanctioned and the preparation of working drawings may then commence.
