asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the worsening condition of national schools in County Donegal, he will introduce a Supplementary Estimate for primary education in the current year increasing the capitation grant per pupil which would result in additional finances thereby being made available to boards of management.

Payment of the capitation grant for the current school year will be made in January 1982, and the amount of this grant will be determined in the context of the approved Estimates for the Public Services for 1982.
