asked the Minister for Agriculture the position in relation to the Land Commission's efforts to acquire the Naughton/Duncan Estate, Paddinstown, Ballynacarrigy, County Westmeath.

Proceedings for the acquisition of this property were instituted in December 1976. After three public hearings in the Land Commission Court the owner's objection was finally allowed in November 1979.

This had the effect of terminating the proceedings.
