Although the person named by the Deputy applied for and was paid a cattle headage grant under the 1980 disadvantaged areas schemes, no application has been received from him for the current year nor has he applied under the 1980 or 1981 EEC suckler cow scheme.

When these documents come to hand, the question of whether he should be paid the grants for those years will be determined.

The applicants are not due balances in respect of the 1980 cattle headage scheme in these two cases. They were both paid the entire amount due to them based on the forage areas shown on their application forms, the entries on which were declared by them to be true and complete.
