Ms. Helen Rushe was appointed Personal Assistant in the Minister of State's office in my Department. Previously she was employed for four years by the Labour Party in Dáil Éireann. Ms. Rushe is a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Higher Diploma in Education. She attended the Irish Times Training Course in secretarial and office procedure.
