Vol. 333 No. 4

Written Answers. - County Dublin Sub-Post Office.

68.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware of the urgent need to continue the service provided to the people of Booterstown and its hinterland by the sup-post office on Booterstown Avenue, Blackrock, County Dublin; and the action, if any, he intends to take in the matter.

The vacancy for postmaster has been advertised on five occasions within the past two years but without success. It is proposed to keep the sub-office open for a further two weeks to see if a suitable applicant can be obtained.
