It is my intention to proceed with the four regional technical colleges in the Dublin area as recommended by the Higher Education Authority. Development will be on a phased basis. Planning of the Tallaght and Dún Laoghaire colleges, for which sites have been purchased, is proceeding and sites are being sought for the other two colleges.
