The planning permission granted to the applicant refers to the reconstruction of his original dwelling, whereas he is, in fact, providing a new house. When planning permission for a new house is furnished to my Department and the house is occupied by the applicant as his normal place of residence, a further inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of a grant, if in order.
