Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a body (to be known as the National Community Development Agency) to advise the Minister for Health on national policy relating to community development, self-help, poverty and social deprivation, to support voluntary action by the community in relation to those matters and to promote greater public understanding of them, to define the powers and functions of the Agency and to provide for other connected matters.
