There are no funds at the disposal of my Department to grant-aid the provision of internal play-areas in national schools. The provision of utility rooms in schools of less than eight class units is not grant aided. Therefore, the provision of this facility at Cloghoula national school, County Cork, which has only two class units, would not be eligible for grant-aid.
