The information requested by the Deputy is not available in my Department or in the IDA. However, the Companies Office, which is under the aegis of the Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism, keep annual records of the appointment of receivers to companies. I understand, however, that these records do not distinguish between companies engaged in manufacturing and other activities, nor are they kept on the regional basis mentioned in the Deputy's question.
