Since 9 March 1982, I have made the following appointments to the boards of State-sponsored bodies under my control:
Dr. Michael J. Killeen, as Chairman and Member of the Industrial Development Authority for a further period of five years, with effect from 1 April 1982.
Mr. Cormac O'Connor (Assistant Secretary in my Department), as a Director of the National Enterprise Agency Ltd., with effect from 27 May 1982.
I have also decided to appoint Mrs. Margaret Downes, Lady Valerie Goulding and Mrs. Perle O'Rourke as Directors of Kilkenny Design Workshops Ltd., and to appoint Mrs. Downes to be chairperson of the board. These appointments will be affected very shortly.
