It would be for the Adoption Board and the adoption societies to decide whether any communication between them ought to be made public. I can understand that members of the public may be interested in knowing what procedures may have been recommended to societies by the board or agreed between them and I am forwarding a copy of the Deputy's question to the board for their attention.
