I assume the Deputy is referring to the recently published Law Reform Commission Report on Defective Premises which incorporated a draft Defective Premises Bill. I would refer the Deputy to the recent Government statement on this matter which stated that the Government have welcomed the submission of the report and are arranging for it to be considered fully by the Departments concerned.
