asked the Minister for the Environment when an inspection will take place for a new house grant for a person (details supplied) in Marshalstown, County Wexford.

Under the terms of Article 11 (1) (b) of the Housing Regulations, 1980, a grant cannot be paid in this case, as the applicant was in occupation of the house for more than one year prior to the receipt of his application in my Department on 19 May 1982.

(Limerick East) asked the Minister for the Environment when a house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Limerick; and the reason payment has not been made to date.

A new house grant of £325, under the former grants scheme, was approved and paid in full to this applicant on 11 May 1979.
