The person concerned claimed disability benefit for the periods from 15 April to 24 April 1982, 28 April 1982 to 4 May 1982 and 6 May to 29 May 1982. All disability benefit and pay-related benefit due on those claims has been paid to him. Payment on these claims was delayed due to the fact that the claimant delayed the submission of medical evidence. For instance, the first two claims were not received until after he had resumed work.
