For the purposes of the third review of the boundaries of the disadvantaged areas at present being undertaken by my Department, it has been decided that any new boundaries should, where appropriate, be defined in terms of townlands or groups of townlands, rather than in terms of an entire district electoral division as has been the practice heretofore.
