asked the Minister for Agriculture when a grant in respect of farm development will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Claremorris, County Mayo.

The grant in question relates to three items of equipment, a baler, land roller and buck-rake, purchased under the group fodder scheme. A grant cannot be paid in respect of the baler as this item has not been properly vouched. Clarification is required on certain matters relating to the land roller and buck-rake before payment of the grant for these items can be considered.

(Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a headage grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in Cappamore, County Limerick.

The person named will be paid her 1981 cattle headage grant under the disadvantaged areas schemes shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the present position in relation to an application for a land reclamation grant under the farm modernisation scheme from a person (details supplied) in Oughterard, County Galway.

An early inspection has been arranged in this case with a view to the issue of an approved scheme of works.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the present position in relation to an application for a reclamation grant under the land and farm modernisation schemes from a person (details supplied) in Craughwell, County Galway.

This application for land reclamation is being processed and an approval will issue shortly.
