asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have approval issued for a house improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the inspector has called and informed the person that it will be in order.
The approval of this grant is awaiting the submission by the applicant of evidence of planning permission in respect of the proposed extension. Applicants are advised of this requirement in my Department's explanatory memorandum which issues with the application form and this applicant was again reminded of it on 2 July 1982.
