My Department are awaiting the submission of a form SL4 which the applicant has been asked to complete and have certified by his inspector of taxes. On its receipt, his eligibility for a grant will be determined. The form already submitted through the Deputy is not acceptable.

This grant will be paid when the applicant furnishes evidence of planning permission, which was requested in February 1980 and again in January 1982.
