A grant has not been approved in this case. A grant for the installation of sewerage facilities will be approved on receipt of evidence of planning permission for the septic tank. However, grants in respect of a bathroom and water supply cannot be allowed because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, these works had commenced before an inspection of the house was carried out.
