asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will list the properties (i) owned or leased by his Department and (ii) occupied by his Department but owned by the Office of Public Works in Dublin County Borough at present; the properties which are considered to be derelict; and the action he proposes to take to bring them into use.

The information requested by the Deputy is as follows:

(i) Properties owned or leased by the Department of Agriculture in Dublin County Borough: Land and buildings at Thorndale, Drumcondra, Dublin, which include the Brucellosis Laboratory, Pig Progeny Testing Station and Central Stationery Store; National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin, Dublin;

(ii) Properties occupied by Department of Agriculture but owned by the Office of Public Works in Dublin County Borough: Nos. 23-29 Upper Merrion Street; Nos. 73, 83 and 93 Merrion Square; Butter Testing Station, Harcourt Terrace; Seed Testing Station, College of Science, Upper Merrion Street.

None of these properties is derelict.
