I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that there has been no delay in their office in dealing with this case. The Inland Revenue affidavit of the estate of the deceased person who died in December 1972 was lodged with them in December 1981 and has been the subject of queries, the latest of which issued from the Revenue Commissioners Office on 9 July 1982.
