There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment when an inspection will be carried out and approval issued in respect of a new house grant application for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

An inspection has not been carried out in this case as the person named failed to submit the necessary documents and information with his application form. When these are received an inspection will be arranged with a view to the approval of a grant.

511.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason an inspection for a new house grant has not been carried our for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the work has been completed for the past two years; and if he will arrange for an early inspection now.

The file is with the inspector for a final inspection. In its absence from headquarters it is not possible to say why the inspection has not been carried out. The inspector has been asked to deal with the matter as soon as possible.

512.

asked the Minister for the Environment when the payment of a £1,000 new house grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the house has been inspected and passed.

A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been completed and occupied and that the other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. There is no record in my Department of any previous inspection of this house.
