asked the Minister for Education if he will provide a grant for the erection of a community centre in Creagh, Ballinasloe, County Galway.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 270 and 271 together.
My Department have not received an application for the provision of financial assistance towards the development of a community centre at Creagh, under either of its two schemes of grant-aid — the community, youth, recreational and employment programme or the temporary grant scheme for youth employment.
