(Waterford) asked the Minister for Health when he proposes to publish the green paper on services for the handicapped provided for in the Second National Understanding.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 290 and 291 together.
The Green Paper will be published in the autumn.
This is later than originally intended but the change of Government and the pressures of business have made it impossible to complete earlier the preparation of the comprehensive document which I am anxious the Green Paper should be.
