Return to Writ: Galway East. - Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9. By agreement there will be no Private Members' Business today.

I wish to give notice that it is my intention to raise on the Adjournment the threatened redundancies at the Irish Leather factories in Dungarvan, Portlaw and Carrick-on-Suir.

I will communicate with the Deputy.

(Waterford): I give notice also that I intend to raise on the Adjournment the question of the disposal of The Sunday Tribune and the Daily News.

I give notice of my intention to raise on the Adjournment the question of traders in Foxrock Park, Foxrock, County Dublin and in Meadowvale, Cabinteely, County Dublin.

On the Order of Business, I ask the Minister for the Environment if the Government are in a position through him to indicate whether legislation will be brought forward in 1982 to implement the national building regulations.

It is intended to introduce legislation in this session.

On a point of clarification, does that mean that the Bill will be printed and circulated before the end of 1982?

I would like to raise on the Adjournment the question of the opening of the Celtic Sea for herring fishing.
