asked the Minister for Agriculture when he will pay a subsidy in respect of ewes which were grazed on mountain land to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The person named will be paid the first instalment of the EEC scheme of premiums for good quality ewes 1982-83 in the next few weeks. He is not eligible for the 1982 scheme of headage payments on sheep in disadvantaged areas because of the off-farm earnings of his spouse.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when the Greaney estate, Craughwell, County Galway, will be divided.

The Land Commission have not acquired this property nor have they any proposals for its acquisition.
