Vol. 338 No. 3

Written Answers. - Tallaght (Dublin) Post Office Facilities.

458.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware of the great hardship being caused to residents in the Tallaght area, County Dublin, as a result of having totally inadequate post office facilities; and if he will take immediate steps to have a new and properly equipped post office provided there.

I am aware that the Tallaght post office is inadequate. A new building in Old Bawn Road has been acquired but a lot of internal work has yet to be done and it is not possible to say at this stage when the building will be ready for occupation.
