The meeting to which the Deputy refers was held on 16-17 October 1982 near Nyborg in Denmark. It was an informal meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the member states of the European Community — one of what are called "Gymnich Type" meetings. In view of the guidelines which have been drawn up for the conduct of such meetings, it would not be appropriate for me to give details of the discussions.
