Vol. 339 No. 4

Written Answers. - Tax Rebates.

696.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will give particulars of tax rebates due to a person (details supplied) in County Dublin having regard to the fact that he has been unemployed for some time past; and which of the two tax reference numbers apparently allocated to this resident is the correct one.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that no claim for repayment has been submitted by the taxpayer for the current year 1982-83.

On receipt of a properly documented claim by the inspector of taxes, the position will be examined and any refund due will be made. The taxpayer's correct serial number is 3786754R.
