asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of each of the year 1976 to 1982, inclusive (a) the number of persons charged before the Special Criminal Court; (b) the number of persons convicted by the court; (c) the average length of prison sentences imposed by the court; and (d) the number of those convicted by the court who pleaded guilty and not guilty respectively.
