Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a final inspection carried out for a new house grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as all work has been completed for some time.

An inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a final inspection carried out in respect of a new house grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the work has been completed for some time; and if the applicant will be notified of the time and date when the inspector will call.

There is no record of the receipt, in my Department, of an application for a new house grant from this applicant at the address given. A grant of £1,000 was, however, paid on 24 December 1982 to an applicant of this name at a different address in County Kilkenny.

A final inspection has been carried out and the grant will be paid shortly.

When the person named submits form SL 4 (Certificate from Inspector of Taxes) requested by my Department, an inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of a grant, if in order.
