I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 105 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Referendum (Amendment) Bill, 1982, which had been presented and had reached first stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on the 4th November, 1982, be restored to the Order Paper.
