Service will be provided as soon as possible but it is unlikely that the necessary engineering work can be completed for about a year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will provide a public telephone kiosk at Lambs' Cross, County Dublin and so make telephone facilities available to many of those living in Ballyedmonduff and Barnacullia who have no telephones at present.

It is planned to provide a kiosk in Barnacullia to serve the general area. The kiosk will be provided as soon as possible after the necessary cabling work has been completed.

It is planned to provide an additional kiosk to serve the general area of Lisdoonvarna. The kiosk will be provided as soon as possible after local authority approval has been received to the site selected.

The provision of a kiosk at Lough Doolin, County Clare, is not regarded as warranted at present and it is not proposed, therefore, to provide one there.

In view of objections received regarding the kiosk at Ardmore Drive, the question of removing it is being considered. The Deputy will be communicated with as soon as a decision has been arrived at.
