Since the closure of this company early in 1982 as a result of trading losses, the IDA have continued to actively seek a suitable take-over project which would result in a resumption of manufacturing in the company's premises. Discussions have been held with a number of parties who expressed an interest in the operation but, unfortunately, no firm proposals have emerged to date.
