Limerick East): The method by which disposable income is assessed for the purposes of the means test under the scheme of civil legal aid and advice — including the limits on deductions — is set out at paragraph B2 of Schedule B to the scheme as amended. The original scheme and the scheme as amended with effect from 1 February 1981 were laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas (Prl. 8543 and 9554).
