The person in question is a third year student at Thomond College of Education, Limerick. No application for a higher education grant was received in respect of attendance at the first or second year of the course. An application has been received in respect of attendance at the third year of the course but the application form has not been fully completed and the particulars required in regard to income have not yet been fully supplied.
The application referred to will be processed as soon as the full information required by my Department is supplied by the applicant.
