Vol. 340 No. 10

Written Answers. - County Wexford School Transport.

606.

asked the Minister for Education if she will consider granting free transport to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who is confined to a wheelchair; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am having the matter specially considered by my Department. If the Department are satisfied that the pupil, by virtue of his disability is precluded from making his own way to school, the school transport charges will be waived in this case.
