: The allowance was withdrawn on medical grounds. If there has been any deterioration in the person's medical condition since the allowance was withdrawn it is open to her to re-apply for an allowance to the South-Eastern Health Board. Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance is a matter for the health board and I have no power to intervene.
